 
Agreement for this order and transaction:
1.BOBO MENCHO, INC takes care of the listed edition art work through the
listed artists directly. And the condition of the art work is proved by the
each artist before shipping.
2.The reliability of the damage of art work is limited when you destroy or
hurt the art work after delivery was completed. However, BOBO MENCHO, INC.
will try to support solving the problem of damaged art work caused by your
handling. The company will contact the artist promptly to make the
arrangement to repair or reproduce the art work without asking the
commission when you contact to us. But it may request you to pay initial
charge for covering shipping and repairing.
3. If the damage occurred because of delivery, you have to notify BOBO
MENCHO, INC. in 30 days after receiving the art work to claim and request
the free repair or reproduction.
4.Delay of delivery may occur with the following reasons;
A. Out of stock - BOBO MENCHO, INC. will order immediately to the artist to
get the supply and at the same time, inform to the client as soon as
possible after confirming the supply schedule.
B. Sold out - In case of no additional editions for selling after accepting
your order and receiving your payment, in 30 days BOBO MENCHO, INC. will
fully refund the money you paid.
C. Missing the sent package - If an express courier or postal service lost
the package in delivery to you, after certain procedure with you to be
compensated by the insurer to BOBO MENCHO, INC. , BOBO MENCHO, INC. will
try to send the other edition number of the same work if it is available
after solving and confirming with the insurer.
D. Back orders - If there is too many orders in the same period, BOBO
MENCHO, INC. will be busy with shipping process. And it may cause some
delay of delivery but if it happen with a case of more 30 days processing,
BOBO MENCHO, INC. will inform you in advance.
5. Cancellation of your order can not make after you made the payment. Only
in case, shipping of the order was not made by the time of request of the
cancellation, BOBO MENCHO, INC. will make the reimbursement with 70 % of
the payment you made( 30 % commission charge for processing this).
6. Request of recall of the art work and refund of the payment after you
received the art work can not accept except the following cases;
A. You claimed the request to BOBO MENCHO, INC. in 7 days after
receiving the art work.
B. The art work you received was different item from the one you ordered.
C. You propose BOBO MENCHO, INC. the exchange with other items with
appropriate same valued art work in 14 days after receiving the art work.
And additional delivery charge will be added and paid in advance for this
exchange. And at the same time, for the exchange, the item you return has
to maintain the same condition as you received.
7. The content of the art works and list of artists may change without notice.
